Hey everybody!!! I hope everyone is having a great week so far. I've been soo busy this week that I haven't been able to put up my nails of the week post but I figure better late than never - right?! Lol. I am loving polka dots and I was inspired to do this look after seeing this girl at the store with something similar on her nails. She had all her nails painted pink and had white polka dots. I asked her what did she use to create the white dots and she told me about the Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen. I thought was a genius idea because it was an easy way to draw the dots on without a lot of hassle. That had me thinking about how I was going to do my nails this week. So I pondered....and pondered....and pondered some more until I came up with this idea: PINK and WHITE!!! I applied two coats of OPI Strawberry Margarita and two coats of OPI Alpine Snow on every other nail and Barielle Ultra Speed Dry Manicure Extender to make the nails dry faster. Once the nails are dry, use the SH Art Pen in White and Hot Pink to draw on the dots. Give them a few minutes to dry, then apply the top coat to create this very fun nail style!

Hey everyone, It's officially summer over here in Miami. Ok it's not really summer yet but when you walk out of your house at 8:30 in the morning and it's 80 degrees outside, then you know winter is DONE. Lol. Since it's so hot outside, I felt that it was appropriate for me to start wearing spring/summer colors on my nails. While I was at my local CVS last week, I came across this color called Snowcone by Orly and I knew I had to have it!! Snowcone is a baby blue creme nail polish that is perfect for the spring/summer. This color really pops against my skin and it's really becoming one of my favorite nail polishes:)!!
I LOVE shopping online and I especially love shopping at HauteLook. I swear I am on that website everyday trying to find great deals on clothing, shoes, accessories and everything in between!! I first discovered this website almost a year ago and I've been shopping on there ever since. What I like about this website is that you don't have to pay for a membership and you only by the items that you want. The only downside is......if something is really popular and you like it, you have to act quickly because if not the item will SELL OUT and there is a POSSIBILITY that that item won't be featured on Hautelook again. Soooo.... acts fast!!! Lol. Anywho, I love coming home and seeing a pack from Hautelook at my door steps because it feels like Christmas every time. I recently picked up some items from there that I wanted to share with you guys and you y'all enjoy this video:)!!
Hey guys, I hope everyone had a great week and start to a wonderful weekend:)!! A couple of weeks ago, Zoya ran a promotion where you can get two nails polishes for FREE and all you had to do was pay for shipping and handling. Soooo me being the nail polish junkie that I am, I decided to jumped on this promotion - plus who pass up on something that is free. I know I don't.:):):)! Each nail polish cost $8 plus shipping, which is $6.95 so my total would've been $23 but since there were free, I actually saved $16. Yay me! One of the two colors I picked out was Zoya Goldie - a pure gold color - and I decided to have my nails painted this color this week. This is my first time trying the color gold and I was a little nervous about putting it on but I have to say that I actually like it. I had all my nails painted in the gold color and then I added Sally Hansen Gem Crush in Cha-Ching! to my ring finger to add a little sparkle to my nails. These two colors together remind me of Fall which is my FAVORITE time of the year. Enjoy:)!
