Welcome back from the weekend and I hope you all are have a great start of the week so far! I have to apologize for the lack of post from me but I've been working on some projects around the house that have been taking up a lot of my time. Now that the big project is complete, I can focus now on this:)!
Today's makeup tutorial is based on a new color tattoo that I recently picked up from CVS. The Maybelline color tattoo is called Electric Blue and it's a vibrant and pigmented blue eye shadow base color. This color tattoo is part of the new metal line that Maybelline released and it's a great base to make any blue shadow pop:). I hope you all enjoy the look!
