Sweet Love

A few weeks back, my really good friend and her fiancé had their bridal shower and I wanted to wear something sweet and girly to their event. I went to TJMaxx and came across this floral dress that I felt was perfect for the occasion. I love the bright floral colors on the white background and how feminine this dress looked. To make my dress pop even more, I added a red belt and kept my accessories very simple as I wanted my dress to be the main focal point of my look. Since the dress had a lot going on, I completed my look with my black and white sandals.

Side note: The weather in Miami has been all over the place and trying to take pictures outdoors while it was raining prove to be a hard task but my photographer and I were able get it done:). Hope you guys enjoy this look!

I wanted to share with you all my friend and her fiance's save the date flyer. I thought it was so creative and so unique. I did her makeup for the look and helped them out with the shoot. I am so happy to be part of the process and I can't wait for their special day!

Plaid

Plaid was a huge fashion statement in the 90s and now the trend has made a comeback. You can see people incorporating it in their looks in so many different ways. I love the versatile of plaid and I’ve found myself gravitating towards this trend. The only thing about plaid that scares me is that it not styled correctly, you can come out looking like a lumberjack. Lol.

Recently, I picked up this plaid shirt from UrbanOG because of how unique it is. I love the blend of the blue and yellow colors – which makes it different from your typical plaid shirt – and I love how vibrant it is. This top to me is very fall-like and helps to feel like I am part of the seasonJ. I paired my top with one of my favorite ripped white skinny jeans and my studded military OTK (over the knee) boots. This outfit is perfect for the cool days that we have been experiencing recently here in Miami.

In Season

Hello everyone! I am sorry for the lack of posts. My schedule has been soo crazy that it has kept me from blogging but I am back with a new post:).
Lately, the weather has been cooling down a bit and I’ve been really enjoying the ability to style tights and booties into my looks without getting hot. But since the weather is still on warm side, I can incorporate crop tops into my outfits and have a mix of summer and fall - makes me feel like I’m part of both seasons. One of my favorite colors to incorporate into my fall looks is burgundy and I was immediately drawn to this color in this top. The top is simple but the vibrant color makes it stand out. I love how fitted it is while being very comfortable. I paired my top with my black pleated circle skirt to make my look a bit dressy while keeping it a tad bit sexy:). Hope you all enjoy my look!
